These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the baji platform ("baji", "we", or "the platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the baji platform, including account registration, deposits, Sports Betting, casino games, withdrawals, bonus usage, and all other interactions with our platform.

To register and use the Baji platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:
Each individual may only hold one active baji account at any given time. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited. baji reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate any duplicate accounts detected and to forfeit all credit balances and bonuses held within those accounts.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and profile updates is accurate, current, and complete. Inaccurate or false information may result in account suspension and a refusal to process withdrawals until identity verification is completed.
Important: baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents (IC/MyKad or passport) at any time to ensure account information accuracy and to prevent unauthorised use of the platform.
Baji accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only:

Withdrawals can only be processed to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your Baji account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times are as follows:
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. baji does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, any fees imposed by financial institutions or e-wallet providers are the member's sole responsibility.
Note: baji reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security verification purposes, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding standard limits. This is a protective measure for your account.
All bonuses and promotions offered by baji are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all baji bonuses are as follows:
Rollover (wagering requirements) are calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount. Example: A RM 150 bonus with a 5× rollover requires total wagers of RM 750 (RM 150 × 5) before the balance can be withdrawn. Every bet placed — whether won or lost — counts toward the rollover requirement.
Baji uses a sophisticated detection system to identify irregular bonus usage patterns. The following actions are considered bonus abuse and may result in immediate account suspension:
All Sports Betting wagers on Baji are only accepted once the system confirms placement and sends you a confirmation. Bets that have not received confirmation are not considered valid, even if credit has been temporarily deducted from your balance. Baji reserves the right to decline or void any bet without stating a reason.
Sports bet outcomes on baji are determined based on official data from recognised sporting bodies. For Malaysia Super League and EPL betting, the primary reference source is the official records of the respective football league. For BWF badminton, the reference source is the official Badminton World Federation website. For MPL Malaysia e-sports, the reference source is the relevant match organiser.
Bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded in the following situations:
In-Play Betting: In-play betting at baji accepted until the final decision made by the dealer / betting system. Once the "Accept" button is pressed and confirmation is received, bets cannot be cancelled.
All baji Live Casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo, and game shows — are streamed live from physical studios operated by internationally licensed providers. Every game uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair and truly random outcomes.
In the event of an internet disconnection during a Live Casino game session, any game outcome that occurred before the disconnection is final and cannot be disputed. Betting credits already placed will not be refunded unless there is clear evidence that the game was not completed due to a technical failure on baji's end — not the player's.
The minimum and maximum betting limits for each baji Live Casino table are clearly displayed within the game interface before you join a table. These limits are subject to change at the discretion of baji and the game provider. All limits are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The use of offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at dealers or other players through the live casino chat is strictly prohibited. Baji reserves the right to restrict access to specific tables or take action against any member account that violates these conduct standards.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and all Baji account login details confidential. Baji will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
You may close your Baji account at any time by contacting the support team at support@baji.express. Before the closure is processed, all credit balances (excluding bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5 business days.
Members who wish to self-exclude from the baji platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so via account settings or by contacting support. Baji's liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim. baji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits.
